This is a 3 day qualification for new learners or those who have allowed their qualification to expire.

As a requalification, this course can be completed in 2 days.

In order to be eligible for requalification, you must hold an in date certificate or your certification must be within one month of it's expiry date.

This qualification develops the learner’s knowledge, understanding and skills in delivering first aid in a forestry context as required by the Forestry Commission and will support a role in the workplace.

This qualification meets the requirements for First Aid at Work as outlined in the Health and Safety (First Aid) Regulations 1981 and the Health and Safety (First Aid) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1982.

This qualification has been mapped to the Level 3 Award in First aid At Work criteria written with the collaboration of members of the First Aid Awarding Organisation Forum (FAAOF). It meets the First Aid at Work Training Requirements for the Forestry Commission.
