Stephen Benton

Stephen Benton: Director of SaFA Training.

I set up the company in 2015 and have never looked back.

I have over 25 years Health & Safety experience in the waste recycle industry, which included transport.

I am also trained to Level 4 First Response Emergency Care (Urgent Care Assistance) level in pre-hospital care, spent 2 years volunteering as a Community First Reponder and around 4 years as part of a event medical team.

IOSH Managing Safely is my favourite subject to teach along with other health and safety courses.

We have trained over 1,000 Openreach managers in IOSH Managing Safely during 2021/22.

Callum Benton

Callum Benton: Office Manager & Internal Quality Assessor.

I have worked at SaFA since 2018 with a stop gap of 9 months, to work in the care industry during the covid pandemic.

I hold a Level 4 in Internal Qualification Assessor, a Level 3 in Health & Safety and I am trained to Level 4 First Response Emergency Care (Urgent Care Assistance) level in pre-hospital care.

My main role is Internal Quality Asessor for SaFA Training in which I ensure all paperwork and courses are run in line with all legistations and meet the requirments of the Awarding Bodies.

I also take bookings and deal with all our clients needs.
